It shall be the duty of the Department of the Treasury, the Municipal Revenues Collection Center, the Planning Board and the Municipality of San Juan to adopt any pertinent measures and regulations, in order to divulge among the citizenry the existence of this law and the benefits and exemptions granted hereby, so that the citizens may avail themselves of these benefits.
Such efforts shall be completed immediately after the approval of this act, strictly complying with the provisions established herein.
