The Planning Board shall establish a designation schedule for the preparation of the Integrated Development Plan for each zone in the Río Piedras sector, as well as the corresponding regulations and special applications of the regulations in force by sectors of the entire area of Río Piedras pursuant to the following priorities and within the term stated below: the Río Piedras central sector, of which the general boundaries are, to the north, the Piñero Expressway and the Ponce de León and Gándara Avenues; to the south, the 65th Infantry Avenue; to the west, the Muñoz Rivera Avenue, and to the east, the José Celso Barbosa Avenue, and any remaining sectors shall be completed within a term of twelve (12) months after the date of approval of this act and the appropriation of funds. Once the Planning Board has adopted the Integrated Development Plan and the regulations in force for each zone, these shall be submitted to the Governor for his approval.
