§ 11273. Eligibility for benefits under §§ 11111 et seq. of this title, known as the “SMBs Job Creation and Retention Incentive Act”

Creative industries certified under this chapter may avail themselves of the benefits and incentives available under §§ 11111 et seq. of this title upon execution of an agreement between the Eligible SMBs with the Puerto Rico Trade and Export Company (PRTEC).
