In order to guarantee an ongoing supply of creative talent and to stimulate creativity and innovation among the students of the public education system of the Island, the Puerto Rico Creative Industries Advisory Council shall draft measures to foster the connection between creativity, education, and economic development in an effort to encourage young people’s creative potential. To such effects, the Puerto Rico Creative Industries Advisory Council shall join efforts with the Department of Education, the School of Plastic Arts, and the Conservatory of Music, as well as with private educational entities.
