§ 11195. Powers and responsibilities of the Trade and Export Company

The Trade and Export Company shall be the entity responsible for certifying to the Youth Development Program and the Economic Development Bank the new businesses created by young entrepreneurs that are eligible for the incentives provided herein.

Every new business that enters into a special youth business creation agreement with the Trade and Export Company may avail itself of all the incentives available under this chapter. The terms, conditions, and requirements related to these benefits and incentives shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter, the regulations thereunder, or the specific terms of each agreement.
