§ 3208. Acquisition of property

By request of the Authority, the Governor of Puerto Rico or the Secretary may acquire in the name and in representation of the Government of Puerto Rico, through purchase, eminent domain or any other legal means, for the use and benefit of the Authority, in the manner provided in this chapter and the laws of Puerto Rico on eminent domain, the title of any property or interest thereon that the Authority deems necessary or convenient for its purposes, including its future needs.
