§ 684. Conversion of buildings already constructed to condohotels

Any building already constructed and which is administered in accordance with the Horizontal Property Act, §§ 1291—1294d of Title 31, and initially devoted as a dwelling, must have the unanimous consent of all the co-owners who use their apartment as a home, in order to be converted into a condohotel.
