A task force for the development of the Santurce theater district is hereby created, of indefinite duration, which shall be chaired by the Chairperson of the Planning Board and constituted by the Executive Director of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, the Administrator of the Regulations and Permits Administration, the Director of the Municipal Revenues Collection Center, the President of the Musical Arts Corporation, the Director of the Corporation for the Development of the Film Industry in Puerto Rico, the major of the municipality of San Juan, the President of the College of Theater Actors of Puerto Rico and any other person whom the Chairperson of the Planning Board may deem necessary.
The task force herein constituted shall work in close coordination with the Special Interagency Task Force for Santurce created by § 226k of this title and shall meet at least once every two months in the jurisdiction of the municipality of San Juan.
The task force shall submit a report not later than the 28th of February of each year to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives on its actions and achievements. The report shall include details about the problems and situations of the theater district with which it has had to deal, the strategies adopted, the solutions obtained, the priorities, work plans, problems, solutions, achievements and suggestions for legislative or administrative reform.
