As soon as study is finished, the Deputy Administrator must prepare a report on his conclusions and specific short- or long-term recommendations to insure the achievement of success in the fields studied. The Administrator of the Economic Development Administration, in coordination and with the participation of the Office of the Management and Budget of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, must restructure the present administrative and operational composition of the Department of Puerto Rican Industries, pursuant to the study and report on recommendations, and with the advice of the Deputy Administrator.
