The Economic Development Administrator is hereby empowered to create a Board of Appeals, to take cognizance of those cases where a quality distinctive is denied, or cancelled after awarded, to a specific product. The Board of Appeals shall prepare its own bylaws which shall be approved by the Economic Development Administrator.
