§ 348. Scaffold and ladder regulations—Penalties

Any person, or the administrator, superintendent, foreman, majordomo, or representative of said person who violates §§ 346—348 of this title shall be punished by a minimum fine of twenty-five dollars ($25) or by imprisonment in jail for a maximum term of sixty (60) days.
