(1) The Area Commander designated to direct it shall structure the internal organization in terms of personnel resources, equipment and other facilities for the efficient administration of the area.
(2) The Superintendent shall transfer personnel, equipment, materials, and vehicles in proportion to the demarcations and districts transferred.
(3) The Deputy Superintendent in Administrative Services shall coordinate the establishment of the radio-communications facilities with the Area Commanders.
(4) The Director of the Document Administration Division shall have the responsibility of distributing the mail according to this new organization.
