The municipalities of Luquillo, Fajardo, Ceiba, Culebra and Vieques are hereby segregated from the Humacao Area Headquarters in order to become part of the Fajardo Headquarters, created by this chapter.
The municipality of Río Grande is hereby segregated from the Carolina Area Police Headquarters in order for it to become part of the Fajardo Headquarters, created by this chapter.
