§ 2313. Suspension, revocation, denial of renewal of license—Causes

The Board shall, after the proceeding provided hereinbelow, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew the license or certification of any person who:

(a) Has obtained the license or certification through fraud or deceit.

(b) Has been declared mentally disabled by a competent court.

(c) Has been declared an alcoholic or drug addict, user, dependent or addicted to controlled substances by a competent body.

(d) Has been convicted of a felony or of any offense implying moral turpitude, false pretense or bribery.

(e) Has incurred incompetence or gross negligence, or dishonet practices or violations of the code of ethics in the discharge of his/her functions as professional real estate appraiser.

(f) Through misrepresentations and use of incorrect data, persuades or induces any person to perform a transaction which redounds against his interests.

(g) Incurs in violation of any other provisions of this chapter or of the regulations of the Board.
