§ 2241. Appeal; review

Every person whose license has been suspended or revoked by the Board may appeal to the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico, San Juan Part, by means of a review procedure.

The appellant party may first request, within a term of thirty (30) days of having been notified by the Board of its adverse resolution against him, the reconsideration of the resolution of the Board. Once the reconsideration has been decided, if adverse, he may appeal to the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico, San Juan Part, within a term of thirty (30) days of having been notified.
