§ 2236. Examinations; reciprocity

The Board shall be responsible for offering the opportunity for the examination at least twice a year on the most convenient dates; and shall have the discretion to hold a greater number of examinations if deemed necessary, and to set the dates and places for such examinations.

The dates to hold the examinations shall be published twice in a conspicuous notice, thirty (30) days in advance, in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.

The examination shall cover all the subjects pertinent to the interior designer-decorator profession at the time the examination is offered.

The Board of Examiners is hereby authorized to establish, through the conditions and requirements that it may deem necessary, the reciprocity relationship for dispensing with the examinations, directly with the corresponding bodies institutions [sic] of the states of the United States.
