§ 2105i. Illegal professional practice; penalties

Any dental technician who is not a duly certified member of the Association as provided in this chapter and its regulations, and who practices as a person qualified and authorized therefor or attempts to pass as a duly certified dental technician shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished with a fine of not less than one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250). In case of recidivism, he shall be punished with a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500).
