All the members of the Association shall obey and comply with the regulations which may be amended or repealed according to the procedure established therein. The Board of Directors as well as the other members shall assume their obligations and shall faithfully comply with the terms of the regulations.
The regulations shall establish the organization of the Association by sections, districts or local bodies, the delegates, officials or representatives thereof, the manner they shall be elected or designated, shall operate and carry out their duties.
The regulations shall provide for whatever has not been included in this chapter, including everything regarding the functions, duties and procedures of all its bodies and officials; calls for meetings, dates, quorum, form and requirements of the general assemblies and sessions of the directors; election of directors and officers; standing committees; budgets or investment of funds and disposal of the Association’s assets; and the terms of all the positions, creation of vacancies and method of filling said vacancies; in addition, it shall determine the respective territorial limits for the election of its delegates or members of the Board of Directors in representation of the sections, districts or local bodies of the Association.
