(a) Every license, with the exception of provisional licenses, shall have lifetime effect.
(b) No license may be negotiated, assigned or transferred.
(c) Any license issued in conformity with this chapter shall be posted in a conspicuous place of the beauty parlor where the holder thereof engages in the practice of his profession of beautician.
(d) Duplicates of licenses lost or mutilated may be issued upon application therefor and upon the payment of the fee prescribed in this chapter. The license so renewed shall have stamped along the whole width of the license the fact that it is a duplicate, and it shall bear the same number as the original license.
