A fund is hereby created for the exclusive use and benefit of the Program, which shall be known as the “Special Mooring Buoy Adoption Program Fund”, attached to the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources. The funds collected on account of donations shall be covered into the special fund and shall be used for the administrative and operating expenses of the mooring buoy system and for the disclosure of information pertaining to this chapter and its regulations.
