The Environmental Quality Board is authorized to contribute to and transfer twenty million dollars ($20,000,000) to the Fund for the Acquisition and Conservation of Land in Puerto Rico, from the resources existing in the environmental emergencies fund created by Act No. 81, of July 2, 1987. This transfer shall take place no later than September 30, 2003.
