The Authority, pursuant to § 1305(n) of this title, known as part of the Puerto Rico Solid Waste Authority Act, and its regulations, may establish maximum limits in the rates for the management, transportation, disposal and recycling of used oil as well as the revision thereof. For said tariffs, a determination of costs based on the experience of the local industry shall be taken into consideration, among other matters for said rates.
