Each government dependency or group of government dependencies shall coordinate with the Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration “ASSMCA” (Spanish acronym), the advice and help needed to establish and develop the Assistance Programs for Employees and their Immediate Family Members pursuant to the standards established therefor.
