If in any case the Grand Jury finds cause to indict, they shall endorse the indictment submitted by the fiscal as follows: “A true bill.” Said endorsement shall be dated and shall bear the signature of the foreman.
Where no charge has been submitted by the fiscal, the Grand Jury shall direct him to prepare an indictment, and when so prepared it shall be properly endorsed.
Where the Grand Jury fail to find the fiscal’s charges justified, the indictment shall be endorsed as follows by the foreman: “Charge dismissed.” Said endorsement shall be dated and shall bear the signature of the foreman.
