The employees of any natural or [juridical] person authorized to do business in Puerto Rico pursuant to the terms of this chapter, who have been hired as appliers or sprinklers of economic poisons, shall not need to have a license for such purposes; but shall be responsible for complying with such regulations as the Secretary may promulgate pursuant to this chapter.
