§ 952. Publicity

No person shall advertise, display, distribute or broadcast or cause or permit to be advertised, displayed or broadcast, in a deceptive and false manner, information on the rates, terms and conditions of small personal loans. If the rates or charges, terms and conditions are advertised, the Commissioner may require that they be minutely and clearly detailed.
