An Absentee Vote Administrative Board is hereby created permanently with the purpose of managing the application, voting, and adjudication process of absentee votes. This Board shall be composed of a person designated by the Chair and a representative of each Election Commissioner. The Board shall draft regulations for each election in order to comply with the provisions of this subtitle.
