The results of the voting under this chapter and the number of participants therein shall not be construed as a statement for or against any political status formula, or as tending to otherwise modify the political relationship between Puerto Rico and the United States of America.
Should there be any incompatibility between the Spanish and English versions of this chapter, the English version shall prevail for construction purposes.
