§ 961x. Violation of the presidential election laws

Every person who acts in contravention of any of the provisions of this chapter, or who having an obligation imposed by it, willfully fails to comply with it, or refuses to do so, shall incur an electoral crime and upon conviction thereof, shall be sanctioned with a penalty of imprisonment which shall not exceed six (6) months, or a fine which shall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or both penalties at the discretion of the court.
