§ 961u. Presidential election returns

Each vote cast for a presidential or vice presidential candidate whose name appears on the ballot shall be counted as a vote cast in favor of all presidential electors designated by said candidate.

The Chairperson of the Commonwealth Elections Commission shall report the preliminary results not later than seventy-two (72) hours after the date of the election, which constitute neither a formal nor informal certification of any of the candidates.
