Rule 10. Petition for certiorari before the Supreme Court

The petition for certiorari to review judgments, resolutions, decisions and orders of an appellate session or section which may be available to the parties pursuant to the law shall be prosecuted before the Supreme Court in the same way and manner as if the judgment, resolution, decision or order had been rendered by a part of the Court of First Instance, the provisions of the Rules of the Supreme Court and the pertinent Rules of Criminal Procedure being applicable to such proceedings.
