Rule 5. Remuneration from any person or entity prohibited

Under no circumstances may marshals accept remuneration, pay, reward, or emolument of any kind in addition to their salary for official services rendered to any person or entity. Marshals may [not] and cannot receive any remuneration other than that fixed by law.
