The executive committee shall be a standing committee composed of the chair of all the advisory committees, and shall be constituted every four years. The chair of the executive committee shall be appointed by the Supreme Court.
The executive committee shall have the following duties:
(1) Collaborate with the Supreme Court and the Secretariat of the Judicial Conference in the organization of the sessions and coordination of the business of the Conference.
(2) Plan the presentation of the proposals and the recommendations made thereto, and impart such guidelines as may be adequate for the advisory committees.
(3) Analyze, as an evaluating body, the proposals, studies, and recommendations presented by the advisory committees.
(4) Maintain an interchange of ideas and opinions with the advisory committees on the matters or issues that should be considered by the Judicial Conference in a plenary session, subject to the approval of the Supreme Court.
