Any church, lodge and bona fide charitable organization obtaining a license for the lotto or lottery game known as “bingo” under the provisions of this chapter shall be obliged to file in the Department of State, on or before the 15th day of March of each year, a report stating the donations, or the charitable or educational purposes, made or carried out during the immediately preceding calendar year while the license has been in force; Provided, That in case the said report is not rendered, the license of the church, lodge or bona fide charitable organization that fails to comply with this requirement shall be null and void.
