§ 965. Anthology of literary works by Puerto Rican authors—Rules by Secretary of Education; distribution

The Secretary of Education is likewise empowered to promulgate and prescribe rules and standards leading to the most expedite and full enforcement of the purposes of §§ 963—965 of this title, and to determine the manner of distribution of the anthology after it has been printed.
