§ 43. Examination in secondary school studies; correspondence courses—Elementary school diploma prerequisite to examination

The Department of Education shall not admit to examination any person who has not an elementary school diploma or its equivalent, but it shall, when so requested, grant an examination for the granting of the said elementary school diploma; Provided, That such rights shall not be granted to a person of school age or who attends public school regularly.
