(a) In those cases in which the decision is in favor of the appellant, the Board shall issue the corresponding remedial orders.
(b) In cases of removal, if the decision is favorable to the teacher or employee, the Board shall order reinstatement in his/her position or a similar position. It shall also direct the total or partial payment of the salaries said teacher or employee failed to receive, when ordered by the Board, at the prevailing legal interest from the date that the payment was directed and until the same is satisfied, and the granting of all the fringe benefits to which he would have been entitled.
(c) In cases of suspension from work and salary, if the decision is favorable to the teacher or employee, the Board shall direct the total or partial payment of the salaries he/she failed to receive as well as all fringe benefits to which he would have been entitled during the period of suspension, at the prevailing legal interest rate, as provided by the Board, from the date that the payment was directed until the same is satisfied.
