§ 274f. Public Education System Board of Appeals—Hearing; setting

Upon being served notice of the writ of appeal, the Board shall select the date, place and time for the holding of a hearing on the appeal.

Notice of said hearing shall be given no later than thirty (30) days prior to the date set for it to be held. The appellant shall be advised of his/her right to appear personally or [be] assisted by counsel, to give evidence and cross-examine witnesses.
