§ 255. Exchange of teachers with United States—Negotiations; contracts

The Secretary of Education of Puerto Rico is hereby authorized to carry out negotiations for mutual exchange in which Puerto Rican teachers interchange with United States teachers, and to execute the necessary contracts or agreements for the purpose with the teachers and the competent authorities.
