§ 1173. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information

Any person who allows, aids, or abets the unauthorized disclosure of confidential information contained in the reports and files prepared as part of any proceedings carried out under this chapter, or provided or obtained in a judicial hearing, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of at least five hundred dollars ($500), but not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), or by a maximum term of six (6) months of imprisonment, or both penalties, at the discretion of the court.
