§ 14a. Eligibility—Certification of school attendance as a prior requirement to receive public assistance

All applicants or beneficiaries of the public assistance programs shall file with the government agencies concerned, attesting evidence that their children under eighteen (18) years of age are in effect attending school, as a prior requirement for obtaining public assistance.
