Section 324A.025 - Chairman of board - Meetings(1) The board shall elect a chairman each year at the first meeting called after appointment of new members. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum and may exercise all powers and duties established by the provisions of KRS 324A.020.(2) The board shall meet at least once each calendar quarter.Amended by 2017 Ky.
