Section 9-1717 - Prohibition against felon from serving as director, officer or employee(a) Except with the written consent of the commissioner, no person shall serve as a director, officer or employee of a state bank or state trust company who has been convicted, or who is hereafter convicted, of any felony or any crime involving dishonesty or a breach of trust.(b) Any state bank or state trust company that willfully violates subsection (a), shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of $1,000 for each day the violation continues.Amended by L. 2021, ch. 78,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2021.Amended by L. 2015, ch. 38,§ 108, eff. 7/1/2015.L. 1984, ch. 48, § 1; July 1.
