Section 9-32-5-3 - Purchaser of new motor vehicle or watercraft; receipt of certificate of origin

A person may not purchase or acquire a new motor vehicle or watercraft without obtaining a valid manufacturer's certificate of origin from the seller of the motor vehicle or watercraft.
