Section 9-25-5-10 - Nonresidents; proof of financial responsibility(a) A nonresident must give proof of financial responsibility by having an insurance carrier file a certificate of compliance with the bureau.(b) A certificate of compliance filed under subsection (a) must conform to this chapter.Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-2-1-19.
