Section 9-24-16.5-8 - Photo exempt identification card; not to be used by operator of motor vehicle

Except as provided in IC 9-24-1-7(b), a photo exempt identification card issued under this chapter may not be used to identify the individual who holds the photo exempt identification card as the operator of a motor vehicle.
