Section 9-22-2-3 - Notice by owner or operator of property that vehicle has been left on property; report

The person who owns or operates property on which a motor vehicle described in section 1 of this chapter has been left shall immediately give notice to an officer by filing a written report on forms prepared by the officer containing a description of the motor vehicle.
