Section 9-22-2-1 - Application of chapter

This chapter applies to a motor vehicle that is:

(1) subject to registration under IC 9-18 (before its expiration) or IC 9-18.1; and

(2) stored, parked, or left in a garage, trailer park, or other storage or parking lot for more than fifteen (15) days.
