Section 9-21-22-2 - Leading a vehicle platoon; conditions A person may lead a vehicle platoon in Indiana if:
(1) the person or the organization with which the person is associated has filed a plan for general vehicle platoon operations with the Indiana department of transportation;(2) the Indiana department of transportation has not rejected the plan for general vehicle platoon operations in Indiana; and(3) the person leads the vehicle platoon in accordance with the plan for general vehicle platoon operations in Indiana.Amended by P.L. 178-2019,SEC. 44, eff. 7/1/2019.Added by P.L. 185-2018,SEC. 42, eff. 7/1/2018.
