Section 9-21-14-1 - Application of chapter

This chapter applies to an officially recognized performing organization, including bands, dance units, drill teams, color guards, flag corps, or rifle squads of the following:

(1) A public school.

(2) A private school.

(3) A state supported college or university.

(4) A private college or university located in Indiana accredited by a recognized regional accrediting agency.
